The upper and lower suspension ball joints (which can be the cause of not passing an APK/ MOT test) are now no longer available (not even via the factory).
So, an alternative needed to be produced. This part is specially made. If you require more info, please mail to postmaster@donkervoort.info
Have a close look at the following images for more detail.

Accidents in the rain and limited slip differentials
I am now wondering which brand of Limited Slip Differential is build in in many Donkervoorts.
By mid 2009 2 Donkervoorts (Ben B., Robert van S.) have had a serious accident in moist or rain conditions. All caused by the same problem. Suddenly the rear end (out of the blue) brakes away and the car spins aggressively to the left. In 2008 about 6 accidents happened in exactly the same way, including my own accident. This needs further investigation to my opinion, All of the involved cars have over 200 BHP. It really scares the hell out of you.
Meanwhile please drive with an egg under your throttle pedal in rainy conditions!

When you have to level up or replace the coolant in your cooling system please note the following: Old coolant is blue or green. This is type normally type G11. The newer coolant is pink/ red/ yellow is G12 or G12+ NEVER ever mix or fill up G11 with G12 coolant.

On the morning of the 15th of August my throttle cable has broken. As a result the car was revving up quickly and gaining speed. I did a quick repair next to the road using a so called O collar around the throttle cable. So, be carefull and inspect the condition of your throttle cable on a regular basis. To crash 2 Donkies within 1 year would have been too much for me…
Update 26-08: guess what, while trying to get the car safely to the road side with a broken throttle cable I was going trough a speed camera doing 192 Km/h… Written the full story to the Police. So let’s hope for the best.
